Import a Licence
1. Purchase from getki.ai/pricing
Section titled “1. Purchase from getki.ai/pricing”Go to getki.ai/pricing and choose the Annual or Monthly Sovereign plan. After checkout, you will receive an email from licences@getki.ai with a JSON attachment — this is your licence file.
2. Import the licence file
Section titled “2. Import the licence file”- Open Ki! and go to Settings → Sovereign Licence.
- Click Import Licence File.
- Select the
.jsonfile from your email attachment.
Ki! performs these checks on import:
- Ed25519 signature — verifies the file was issued by Ki! and has not been tampered with.
- Expiry — checks the licence has not expired.
- Seat count — records the number of licensed seats.
A green status badge confirms the import succeeded.
3. If import fails
Section titled “3. If import fails”| Error | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
Invalid signature | File was modified after issue | Re-download the original attachment |
Licence expired | Subscription lapsed | Renew at getki.ai/pricing; a new file will be emailed |
Wrong public key | Testing against a staging licence on a production build | Use the correct licence file for your build |
4. Renewal
Section titled “4. Renewal”When your subscription renews, a new licence JSON is emailed to you automatically. Import it the same way — it replaces the previous licence in the OS keychain. There is no gap in service between import of the old and new file.
